Group Programs
Balance to Bloom offers group occupational therapy programs focussing on developing children's skills and providing an opportunity for children to make friendships and families to find support networks.
Our group programs have been developed based on need with a focus on neurodiversity affirming and trauma-informed supports.

Through guided gameplay and professional support, your child will have the opportunity to practice essential skills and problem-solve alongside their peers. Whether your child is looking to have more social outlets, is working on skills or just wants to join in the fun, this group is designed to meet all players at their level!
Join us in creating a space where fun and growth intertwine, empowering your child to navigate social interactions with confidence and build lasting connections.

Senior Social Group: Dragon's Den
Embark on an epic journey of friendship and fun with our Senior Social Group, "The Dragons Den." Tailored for teens aged 16-18, this inclusive and supportive space is designed to provide a social outlet and foster meaningful connections.

In addition to thrilling game sessions, the group will cater to participants special interests which may include drawing, art, costume design, or storytelling, offering a rich tapestry of activities to engage and inspire our players. Whether your teen is a seasoned player or new to the game, this group welcomes everyone, providing an ideal opportunity for teens to form genuine connections with like-minded individuals. This group is designed for teens who have had difficulty finding their people and would be a great option for teens who have typically only been able to find connections online or who have previously had difficulty making and keeping friendships.

Designed to be an affirming space for females, as well as those whose gender expression is female, non-binary, abinary, or gender-fluid, "The Dragons Den" is a place where teens can truly be themselves while exploring new personas in a supportive and accepting community. Join us and find your tribe, where being true to yourself is the greatest adventure of all.
