Occupational Therapist

Isabelle Nash

Isabelle is the owner and an occupational therapist at Balance to Bloom. After completing her Bachelor of Science (Neuroscience), Isabelle worked in a number of roles before finding her passion in working with children as an occupational therapist. Isabelle completed her Master of Occupational Therapy and has since been building Balance to Bloom to offer personalised services to the families of Perth. Isabelle believes in working authentically to build connections with families. She prioritises genuine inclusive services and has completed further training in working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and the LGBTQIA+ community. She has completed training in paediatrics, trauma-informed practice, attachment, sleep, and toileting. Isabelle’s goal is to meet families where they need and build the foundation for long-term solutions for children to live happy and fulfilling lives.

Occupational Therapist

Stephanie Blake

Stephanie is an occupational therapist at Balance to Bloom. Stephanie completed her Bachelor of Science (Occupational Therapy) (Honours) after realising her passion for providing opportunities for all children to laugh, learn, grow, and play. Stephanie brings a number of years experience working with children and families and understands the need for supporting families to develop long-term solutions and advocating for children’s individuality. Stephanie is a fun and engaging occupational therapist with a special interest in all tween and teen. She has completed further training in puberty and sexual health supports, primitive reflex assessment and integration, and supporting PDA kids and families.

Phoebe Weaver

Phoebe is an occupational therapist at Balance to Bloom.  She graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Science (Occupational Therapy) (honours). Phoebe has experience working in early intervention and has a passion for supporting children and families to harness their individual strengths and differences to help them thrive. Phoebe is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes independence and confidence for each child. Phoebe works across disability and out of home care supports to ensure every child is supported to meet their goals and live a joyous life. She believes in learning from each individual and is eager to meet and work with families, helping to achieve their goals. 

Occupational Therapist

Veronica Steel 

Veronica is an occupational therapist at Balance to Bloom. Veronica graduated from Edith Cowan University with a Bachelor of Science (Occupational Therapy). Drawing on her years of experience in paediatric disability — from early childhood intervention to supporting adolescents and young adults — she is dedicated to providing engaging and effective therapy supports. Veronica believes that therapy should be enjoyable and often incorporates a wide variety of activities in intervention, ranging from circus skills to board games and video games, to make interventions both fun and meaningful. She views families as the primary foundation for how we connect with our community, believing that true progress occurs when the entire support system is involved. Veronica works closely with families to foster independence, confidence, and joy, helping each child thrive in their unique way.

Occupational Therapist

Callum Lovegrove

Callum is an occupational therapist at Balance to Bloom.  He graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Science (Occupational Therapy) (honours). Callum's early career focussed on supporting children in gross and fine motor skills, including handwriting, laying a strong foundation of hands-on practice. Over time, Callum discovered a deep passion for helping children understand themselves better and cultivating their strengths. He particularly thrives in the area of executive function, supporting children in developing attention, planning, and organisation skills. Callum also has a passion for supporting children's classroom participation using evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming strategies to foster engagement and confidence.

Occupational Therapist

Lea Sander

Lea is an occupational therapist at Balance to Bloom. Lea grew up and completed her training in Germany. She moved to Perth after falling in love with the lifestyle and is an active and fun therapist. Lea has extensive experience in supporting children as a mental health OT and believes in supporting the whole family to build skills and bring joy into everyday routines. Lea believes in building children's supports across all systems and has a particular passion for supporting children to be able to access and participate in home, school and community envrionments. She is a caring and dedicated therapist who understands the balance between building knowledge and holding space for each persons perspectives and feelings.

Occupational Therapist

Priya Dorrington

Priya is an occupational therapist at Balance to Bloom. She graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Science (Occupational Therapy) (honours). Priya has a special interest in working with children who experience anxiety and has completed further training in supporting children with situational mutism, generalised anxiety and whose anxiety is limiting their participation in everyday tasks. 

Priya brings a caring and supportive therapy style to her sessions. Her goal is to truly understand each child she works with and to provide them individualised supports which embrace their strengths to build their skills. 

Occupational Therapy Assistant

David Hoang

David is our wonderful occupational therapy assistant at Balance to Bloom. David is currently studying the Master of Occupational Therapy at Curtin University. David supports our children and families to engage in routines and generalise skills with support of our OTs. 

Balance to Bloom acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land we work on, the Whadjuk people of Noongar Boodjar. We pay respect to the wisdom of elders, children and families and thank the land we gather on that provides for all.
