Communication during supervision is confidential and the purpose of the supervisions is to enhance the quality of care you receive.

We utilise online client management systems which encrypts your data to keep it safe.
Confidentiality
All personal information gathered during the provision of the service will remain confidential and secure unless:

Written consent is provided by a parent or guardian to disclose information.

When it is necessary to lessen or prevent a serious threat to a client’s life, health or safety or public health or safety.

As required or authorised by law (e.g. Court Subpoena).

The law is going to be or has been broken.

There are indicators, or suspected or confirmed belief that a child has experienced sexual, physical, emotional or psychological abuse or neglect. Please see relevant policy and procedure.
